The Blue Knight Volleyball team is no longer taking registrations for the following clinics: Libero/DS, Junior High, and Elementary.

Go to sports.urbana.edu and register for a clinic today! July 12: Libero and Defensive Specialist Clinic for high school student athletes. July 13: Junior High Clinic July 14: Elementary Clinic Bring a sack lunch. Clinic T-Shirt provided to all participants.

Two Volleyball Players Honored at 2011 All Sports Banquet

Co-Captains, Chelsie Snively and Ashley DeAtley were recognized at the 2011 All Sports Banquet at Urbana University for their achievements on the court and in the classroom.
Senior Marketing major, Chelsie, received the teams Defensive Player of the Year award based on her leadership and defensive play.
Senior Education major, Ashley, was selected by her teammates as Offensive Player of the Year as well as the teams Blue Knight Award recipient. Ashley was selected for both awards for her 'team' attitude, work ethic, leadership, and competitiveness. Both Chelsie and Ashley were named to the Athletic Directors Academic Honor Roll.
Ashley was also recognized as the co-recipient of the 2011 Female Academic Achievement award.
Congratulations to both of these seniors who truly led their team by example.

Jackson Earns Outstanding Marketing Student Honors

Blue Knight Volleyball is proud to announce that Ashley Jackson, Lima , Ohio, was recognized by the Urbana University Department of Business as the Outstanding Marketing Student.
Ashley is a true example of a Division II student athlete; performing at a high level not only on the court but in the classroom.
She is a junior Marketing major who was sidelined this past fall due to a devastating knee injury but has bounced back this spring and is looking forward to an outstanding season. She is a leader through her work ethic and pure determination to be the best she can be.

Countdown to 2010 Season

First day of practice: August 17 and our first match is September 3 at the Rockhurst Invitational. We cannot wait!!!! Hope to see YOU at a few matches.

2010 Alumni Match

HOMECOMING 2010!!!! The Blue Knight Volleyball Alumni Match is set for October 9 at 3PM in The Warren G. Grimes Center.
Beverages and hors d'oeuvres will be provided after the match and located in the Moore Room of the Student Center.
